We’ve just published the list of product updates that went live in Luma Health over the last month. Here are a few quick highlights from July:
1. Self-Scheduler Makeover: It’s now easier for patients to use in a variety of situations, such as referral scheduling, rescheduling a cancelled appointment, and picking a new appointment from your clinic’s website.
2. Search for ‘Do Not Contact’ patients: If you want to see which patients have replied ‘STOP’ or have otherwise been marked as ‘Do Not Contact,’ you can no simply search for “do not contact” in the patient search bar to get a list of those patients.
3. Two Factor Authentication (often called OTP or 2FA): You can now set up a second factor to require a code to login in to your Luma Health account and better protect patient data. Simply go to your account settings page and click “Enable 2FA” to get started.
