We’ve just published the list of product updates that went live in Luma Health over the last month. Here are a few quick highlights from August:
Product Updates – August 2018
- Patients can cancel their own referrals. If you’d like, you can update your referral templates to let patients reply CANCEL THIS to allow them to not get any more referral messages.
- Providers with the biggest waitlist are now shown at the top of the waitlists page.
- We’ve made a set of changes to the custom actions editing tool so it’s clear when you used a custom template.
- Do-Not-Contact notifications: When a patient replies STOP, or wrong number, or deceased, or anything where Luma would otherwise mark the patient as do not contact, the notifications in your account how show the original message the patient sent that triggered the do not contact flagging.
