We’ve just published the list of product updates that went live in Luma Health over the last month. Here are a few quick highlights from September:
1. Custom Audience Broadcast: This new Group Messaging Feature in Luma makes it easy to find or upload a list of patients and send them broadcasts.
2. Collaboration Hub: You can now @mention staff members and entire groups to help you clinic converse about and triage patients. Chat has also has moved to the main part of the website so you can quickly see which patients need attention.

3. Mobile Insurance Card Upload (Tech Preview): You can now text your patients before their appointment and ask them to upload a photo of their insurance card right from their cell phone. Using machine learning we’ve developed, we’ll scan the card and extract the group name, member number, and the plan name and store it along with the card images in the patient record in Luma. You can then print the information or download it to store in your EHR/PM system.
