We’ve just published the list of Luma Health product updates that went live last month. Here are a few quick highlights from October:
1. Direct text messaging: for non-PHI sensitive messages, you can now directly text message your patients from within Luma.
2. Broadcast waitlist: you now have the option to send waitlist offers to all matching patients at once (first come first serve).
3. Administration: you’re now able to have multiple admins in your Luma account.
