New Feature: Custom Messages by Appointment Type, Provider and More

Appointment reminders are one of the most effective ways to reduce appointment no-shows. Here Are Some Great Custom Messages Use Case Examples:

  1. As an endocrinologist, you would like to ensure that all of your follow-up patients have had their blood work done. This will help you titrate their medications. A patient showing up and having to make a short term follow-up appointment for lab check is ineffective. So, you can customize your appointment reminder message to these patients, reminding them to bring their blood work to their appointment.
  2. You may want to inform your patients about specific parking instructions at your satellite facility. You can add those specific instructions to messages for all patients with appointments at that facility.
  3. Is there a specific form one of your providers would like to have their patients fill out prior to their appointments? You can modify messages on a provider level and add a link to that form.
