We’ve just published the list of product updates that went live in Luma Health over the last month. Here are a few quick highlights from June:
1. Referring Provider Reports: You can now see your referrals reports by the referring provider. This is helpful if you’d like to see your scheduling and flow specific to a referring provider.
2. Admin Controls: Administrators of accounts can now reset passwords on behalf of their staff.
3. New Waitlist Page Design: We redesigned the waitlist add/edit pages to show you more relevant information with less clutter.
4. Rescheduler Improvements: We redesigned and simplified the patient experience when they cancel an appointment and you wish to let them reschedule online. They’ll see a more streamlined view that appears faster and shows more options based on your clinic’s availabilities.
