Since Luma health has better visibility into a practice’s schedule, you can more effectively get patients in to see your providers sooner, fill more patients from the waitlist, as well as get better feedback on your practice’s performance.

One of our endocrinology clients needed to send a reminder to a patient 10 days prior to his/her appointment to ensure the patient got his/her pre-appointment lab work done. The client was dealing with patients that would continually show up for their appointment without the lab work completed, which resulted in a wasted visit; lost time for the patient and the physician. With our new future-syncing feature, patients who have not completed their required lab work can be identified well in advance and can be rescheduled using our automated rescheduling capability.
Future syncing also lays the groundwork for more upcoming features we’ll be releasing in the coming months. New patients that are scheduled out more than 15 days in advance of their appointment have a very high likelihood of not showing up. We can now identify these patients and opt them into the waitlist to help them find an earlier appointment, without your staff even lifting a finger to reschedule them. New patients are an important source of business for clinics. A high loss rate for those new patients that are scheduled too far into the future results in lost business. Future syncing with this data will ensure that you save time and your patients are satisfied.
